Exchanges and Return Policy

At Lumaflora, your satisfaction is our priority. Our exchange and return policy is designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us. All our products are covered against manufacturing defects, and we offer exchanges if you receive an item that’s different from what you ordered.


📦 If You Received a Faulty or Incorrect Product

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please:

  1. Contact us at contact@lumaflora.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Attach clear photos or a video showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your case within 2 business days.

Once confirmed, you may choose:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement of the same product

  • A different product of equal value

  • A store credit voucher

📌 Requests made after 7 days from delivery cannot be accepted.


📏 Important: Size-Related Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges for wrong size selection.

  • All product measurements are listed in centimeters — please review them carefully or contact us before purchasing.

  • As per consumer laws, regret-based returns (e.g., size, color, model) are not mandatory unless the item is defective or misrepresented.


✅ Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify, the product must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging

  • Be securely repackaged to prevent transit damage

  • Show no signs of tampering or modification

❌ Items not meeting these requirements cannot be returned or exchanged.


🚚 Shipping Costs

  • For exchanges due to customer error, all shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • If the error is ours (defective/wrong item), we cover all shipping costs.


🛑 Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After this window, the order may be processing or shipped, and cannot be cancelled.


📬 Address Issues

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect shipping address, the reshipping cost is charged to the customer—even on free shipping orders.

  • If the issue was caused by the carrier, we will resend the product at no extra cost.
