Refund Policy

At Lumaflora, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to make it better. This Refund Policy works alongside your consumer rights under the laws in your country.

1. Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it if you’ve simply changed your mind. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt).

Please note: Items marked as “Final Sale” or part of “Last Units” promotions are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed items remain protected under your local consumer laws.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale or “last unit” promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items (unless faulty)

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.

4. Replacements

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@lumaflora.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement (if available). If the item is out of stock, you can choose between a refund or store credit.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or faulty item), we will cover the return shipping.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 7 business days, please check your payment account or contact your bank.
